Returns and complaints

Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, log in to your account and use quick returns.

Select products for return

Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to return.

Provide shipment details

Check the information "taken" from the order and provide any missing information, including shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.

Pack and ship the package

Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier, take it to a parcel locker, or drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.

Send an email before shipping to inquire about the warehouse to which the goods should be returned.

Remember to include your receipt and the withdrawal form with the package. You can download the withdrawal form here: Withdrawal form. If you use a different form, be sure to provide your account number and legibly fill out your name and surname. This will expedite your refund. You can send your declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract by email to europeskylineads@gmail.com. The 14-day returns period is determined by the date of the email containing the declaration or the date of shipment of the return package. Returned goods must be complete (including tags) and must not show any signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be required to return it at your expense.

We will process your refund no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The refund method depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid by instant transfer, we will process the refund using the same method. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Store. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value, minus the return shipping costs.

If the product you purchased is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. Below is our complaint procedure:

Describe the problem you encountered in detail and attach any relevant information and documents, such as your order number, receipt, or invoice.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding your complaint.

If your complaint is accepted, we will strive to resolve the issue in the most favorable manner possible. This may include a replacement product, repair, refund, or other form of compensation.
