Online Store Terms and Conditions
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, deliveries, payments, complaints, and returns.

The Store sells products online.
§2. Definitions
Store – an online store operated by the Seller.
Seller – IBU.
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business or professional activity.
Goods – a product offered for sale in the Store.
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.
§3. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Store's website.
To place an order, the Customer must provide the correct information necessary to complete the order.

After placing the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt via email.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse processing the order if incorrect information is provided or if circumstances prevent the order from being completed.
§4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed in the Store are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN).
Product prices displayed on the website are binding at the time of order placement.

Shipping costs are indicated during order placement.

The Customer may use the payment methods available in the Store.

§5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
The order fulfillment time depends on product availability and the selected delivery method.
In the event of delays, the Customer will be informed of the expected delivery date.
§6. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send the Seller a clear declaration of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal.
The Consumer is obligated to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
§7. Complaints
The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints can be submitted electronically or in writing.
The complaint should include the Customer's details, the order number, and a description of the reported problem. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
§8. Personal Data
Customers' personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill orders and provide customer service.
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.
§9. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
